(14.3.1) Solution Limitations

  • The solution supports only one codec i.e. G.711. Other codecs may be supported using transcoders.

  • In the case of consult and consult-transfer calls, if a call is consulted on the queue, one leg of call is not saved under the main call.

  • Internal calls are causing duplicate recordings to be saved in the VRS Application
