Consult Call

Recordings of Agent to Agent consult call are not supported 

Consult Transfer

Agent A consults with Agent B and then transfers the customer call to Agent B. This call’s recordings are not supported.

Consult Conference

After consulting with Agent B, Agent A initiates a conference call with both the customer and Agent B. This call’s recordings are not supported.

Agent to Agent call

Agent to Agent call saved duplicate recordings in the application
