Following are the limitations of the solution

Consult Call | Recordings of Agent to Agent consult call are not supported |
Consult Transfer | Agent A consults with Agent B and then transfers the customer call to Agent B. This call’s recordings are not supported. |
Consult Conference | After consulting with Agent B, Agent A initiates a conference call with both the customer and Agent B. This call’s recordings are not supported. |
Agent to Agent call | Agent to Agent call saved duplicate recordings in the application |
