(14.2) Solution Limitations

The solution supports only one codec i.e. G.711. Other codecs may be supported using transcoders.

In the case of conference-call, some conference call legs are not grouped under the conference-call. 

Internal calls are not recorded if recording is enabled on both agent devices.
