What's New
Support for consults on a queue DN
Now the agent can consult on a Queue DN and perform scenarios like consult transfer, direct transfer, and conference.
Support for Outbound campaigns
Outbound campaigns are also supported by Salesforce Embedded CTI connector. The outbound campaigns are
- Preview Outbound Campaign
- Progressive Outbound Campaign
- Predictive Outbound Campaign
