Release Summary

This is a major release that includes the consult on a Queue DN and outbound campaign support(Preview, Predictive and Progressive)

What's New

Support for consults on a queue DN

Now the agent can consult on a Queue DN and perform scenarios like consult transfer, direct transfer, and conference.

Support for Outbound campaigns

Outbound campaigns are also supported by Salesforce Embedded CTI connector. The outbound campaigns are 

  • Preview Outbound Campaign
  • Progressive Outbound Campaign
  • Predictive Outbound Campaign
