CTI Toolbar | CTI Toolbar is installed on the agent machine to interact with MS CRM and enables CTI controls for the agent. |
USD Configuration | ExpertFlow CTI Configuration containing hosted controls, global configurations, actions, scriptlets, and navigation rules. |
