Prerequisites
Make sure the following prerequisites are met,
Cisco Anyconnect is connected
Firefox is installed on your machine
Cisco IP Communicator is installed on your machine (only if you want to make calls)
Exception
Add exception by accessing https://198.18.134.29/?username=sjeffers&finesse=true in the Firefox browser
Software Access
