Expertflow Wallboard is a dashboard and wallboard solution that can be deployed as:
- Part of the Expertflow CX platform
- Standalone wallboard for Cisco Contact centers
ExpertFlow Dashboards & Wallboards application allows the contact center administrators to customize new dashboards as per the need of the business. Supervisors and agents can easily view their assigned dashboards or any other dashboard within the solution.
The application comes with stock templates which starts showing your contact center stats as soon as you connect your database with it. These stock panels contain different visualisation options that can be selected as per the need of the business.
