1 | ECM Campaign | This is the name of the ECM campaign |
2 | Date Time | This is the date time of the call |
3 | Number Called | This is the phone number of the customer to whom the call was made. |
4 | Call Duration | This is the total time duration of the call in seconds |
5 | Call ID | This is the Cisco Call ID. An outbound call is grouped by this call ID to show call legs involved with the call. |
6 | Agent ID | This column contains the ID of the agent who was engaged on this call leg. |
7 | Agent Name | This column contains the ID of the agent who was engaged on this call leg. |
8 | Agent Wrap-up | This column contains the wrap-up provided by the agent who was engaged on this call leg. |
