High Availability 

  • Reporting is optional, If the user required High Availability for Reporting then SQL Cluster will be required, If HA is not required for reporting, then Single SQL Machine will be suffice 
  • Reporting can be made available in Cisco CUIC or  in the form of Cisco Finesse Gadget
