Report DescriptionThis report shows the dial or success rate of an ECM campaign. This report works only for voice campaigns and is not suitable for SMS campaigns or campaigns having SMS strategy.

1ECM CampaignThis is the name of the ECM campaign
2Total

This is further divided into the following:

  • UploadedContacts: This is the total number of customer contacts that were uploaded successfully to the campaign.
  • Dialed Contacts: This is the total number of customer contacts that were dialed in the campaign.  
  • Connected: This is the total number of contacts that were connected and reached live voice.
  • Dialed Attempts: This is the total number of dialing attempts made to all customers in the campaign. 
3Dial Rate

This is calculated as:

Total Dialed/ Total Uploaded

4Success Rate

This is calculated as:

Total Connected/ Total Dialed
