Must follow these requirements while uploading the CSV file. Structure for Caller Info: The CSV file should have a specific structure for caller information. This structure should include at least the caller number and calling name. Caller Number and Calling Name: These fields are compulsory. They must be included in the caller information section of the CSV file. No Space in Caller Name or Calling Number: Ensure there are no spaces in the caller name or calling number fields. Spaces should be removed. |
Limitations:
Only the size of 300k callers is tested and supported.The system has been tested and verified to handle CSV files with up to 300,000 entries during a single upload process. It is recommended to upload in chunks if the file have more than 300,000 entries
Duplicated callers are allowed to be uploaded if already exist in the caller list.
Duplicated callers are uploaded only once if they are in the same CSV file.
Single caller calling number should be more than 3 digits while through uploading file calling number can consist of two digits.
There are some inconsistencies noticed while updating the caller info which need to be fixed. For some callers, a user is not able to update the caller info.
The percentage of CPU usage relative to the total available CPU resources observed while uploading CSV files increases which may seem unusual as it exceeds 100%. This could indicate that the container is using multiple CPU cores or threads.
During upload time Users experience a delay in response ranging between 3 to 9 minutes when attempting to access callers in a caller lists.
