Solution
We calculate the SLA using the formula mentioned in (13.7) Integration Specifications with CCX
Don't compare the two SLA values since CCX might be calculating it differently.
Problem
The synchronizer gets stuck.
Solution
- Check logs and see if any CIsco Admin API is sending an invalid response.
- If that's the case, restart the CCX instance.
