Prerequisites for USD Connector
This section should cover CRM version, any specific configurations required on CRM and/or any required components.
This also includes prerequisites for the agent machine, access permissions, any required applications/settings on the agent machine to deploy/install USD Connector on the agent machine.
Hardware / Software Prerequisites
- Unified Service Desk requires an instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps (on-premises).
- Windows 10, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1
- Recommended screen resolution (in pixels): 1920 x 1080
- Recommended zoom level in Magnifier: 100%
- Internet Explorer 11, Internet Explorer 10 or Internet Explorer 9
