- Investigate how to handle agent disconnects in order to reroute existing active chats to backup agents (JAD session on this - tomorrow?)
  - Found some exception & event handlers... (possibly need polling between server & client)
- Help while exposing the callback inside the AOP UI, defining the DTOs, payloads, etc - ongoing
