  • While viewing consolidated statistics of the contact center, use the Queue Data Service to view calls summary (such as calls answered/received/abandoned, SLA) and Agent Data Service to view agents statistics (such as logged in, ready, not ready)   
  • Choose the Scorecard view to show the call stats summary and Pie/Doughnut to show the agent stats summary.

Change Dashboard Timezone

Timezone is available as a system setting where users are able to add a timezone once. The timezone value specified in Application Settings serves as the default timezone and is applied to all dashboards in the application.

The timezone set by default is UTC (with zero offsets). Users can, however, overwrite the settings for an individual dashboard. 

In the case of the dashboard group, the data in each dashboard will appear based on the timezone of each individual dashboard. The timezone of the dashboard is also displayed on the final dashboard link.

Dashboard Groups 

A dashboard group is a group of multiple dashboards that allows the user to set scrolling intervals to display each dashboard in the group one by one.
